Exceptional Service

I want to commend the exceptional service and dedication by Desiree (Service Dept) for ensuring that my concerns are duly addressed with the relevant stakeholders. My vehicle was starched whilst at the care of Star Nissan in Vereeniging and some paint spray was subsequently used to come same but left my car in a worst state, she called the supervisor who blatantly denied responsibility without even considering an investigation into the matter however this amazing lady escalated the matter with her manager who agreed to fix it. I am particularly pleased with this as I had sought legal action and don't need to pursue same. And when I waited for my vehicle to be washed and wasn't, she offer a valet, NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL LEGENDARY SERVICE.
