Disgusted with service at STAR NISSAN Vereeniging

<p>I am experiencing poor and unprofessional service from the service department. How can you take apart a car, now you are waiting for the parts to arrive? Must you not first make sure you have the parts, then you start with taking apart the car. Now I do not have any transport, and I had to cancel my appointments because the service department of STAR NISSAN does not doe suffiecient planning. If you take in your car to be serviced, not because anything is wrong, and you are waiting already two days for your car to be finished. Now I have the red face because I need to ask people for a lift, and pay them extra money, while people at NISSAN only pocket the money and does not care about their clients. This is a very poor way of doing bussiness!</p>
