Cheated off my hard earned money

I bought a BMW 316i from this dealership. The salesman (Anton) told me that the car he was selling me was brand new out of the box, I asked if the windows were tinted he said yes they were tinted a little. Upon delivery I realised that the car was not new it had travelled 47000 kilometres, the windows were not tinted and the mat on the drivers' seat was missing. He told me to licence the car and they will refund me for the licensing costs. <br> When I went to licence the car I was told I cannot because it required a roadworthy certificate, I again called the dealership and spoke to Anton's manager Paul, he requested me to take the car for roadworthy testing and licence the car they will refund me for the licensing costs. I did as requested by the dealer and the total costs amounted to 1076.00, when I called Paul to check on my payment he told me they will not pay me because I owe them R9500.00 for a deposit of this car. I do not owe them a cent because the car was sold to me at zero deposit ( see the attached wesbank sales agreement), I told him I do not know what he is talking about but he insisted that they will not pay me back my money as promised.
