After buying the car and you take it thy do not what to hear from you

I do not have my service plan or my maccanikle wharenty books after 3 weeks and numbers calls. I also staged to get the service book from mr Muhammed. I whant to see if the car had its service like advertised, full service history, it looks like he whaned to hide the fact that he did service the car bud did not do the cam beld. On inspiration of the car the first time he said that he will replace the tires, that he did 2 then 4, that I hade to put on my self, cost R1200. After complaining about the service he said he replaced the tires and he is dun. If he replace the tires where he bought it would have been free. I also complained about the 12v out lets 2 of them that is not working, answer I must repair them my self. Well good luck buying cars from them.
