After 6 months at the workshop still not fixed.

I bought a car form Star Nissan Vereeniging in 2013, did all my services thought them.

When my car got to 53666 km on the 18 of November 2015 I sent it in to Star Nissan Vereeniging because it had a slide miss when I put my foot on the diesel pedal.

Star Nissan informed me I need a new motor and it will take 3 months for the motor to be put in.

I asked them for a courtesy car and Star Nissan told me I need to sort it out with Nissan SA after twee week I finely got a car from Nissan Sa.

On the 16th of February 2016 I got my car back I inspected my car and saw it had lots of chips and scratches on that was not there before so they took it to a panel beater and fixed it.

On the of 18 February 2016 I got my car back but it was still not driving as my car needs to drive, I phone Star Nissan and they told me I need to wait because they don’t have a courtesy vehicle for me.

On the Wednesday 24th of February 2016 I send it back. The problem with my car was if my car is cold and I put it in first gear it feels like my clutch don’t want to let go and my car only starts to boots at +- 3000 rpm.

I phone Star Nissan and complain about it and the Workshop Manager told me this is a problem and they will have a look at it.

After many phone calls to them the Workshop Manager at Star Nissan told me they don’t know what is wrong with my car and that Nissan SA will sent a specialist to come and have a look.

After the specialist visited Star Nissan there was parts that they needed to change.

I phoned Nissan Sa and told them I don’t want my car back because they can’t seem to fix it properly.

Their response was they can’t do anything for me and that I need to bring the courtesy car back because it was sold.

On Friday the 13th of May 2016 I got my car back. On inspection my car was badly scratched and still gives the same problem as when I sent it in on the 24th of February 2016.

On Friday the 13th of May 2016 I phone the Workshop Manager to tell him the car was not fixed and he began to tell me I am full of stories and don’t know what I’m am talking about and that I must bring it back.

I tried to phone him again on Friday and he did not pick up his phone, then I phone Nissan Sa and they told me that they will call him to tell him to phone me.

On the 16th of May 2016 I phoned the Workshop Manager again without any luck he does not pick up the phone or call me back.

I phoned this morning and still no luck and I’m am still waiting.
