Star Nissan Vanderbijlpark refuses to repair vehicle sold to customer
i Mr Fabian Pillay purchased a 2016 vw 2.0tdi dsg kombi on the 25 july 2022 from star nissan vanderbijlpark, while driving it back home to durban, i noticed a heavy vibration/shudder coming from the front of the vehicle at 75km/h. i contacted the salesman Jacques Topper 3 times that same afternoon and notified him about the problem. he said he will sort it out. it is now 3 weeks and nothing is being done about repairing my vehicle. the dealer principal Susan Gorman, the manager Tommy and Jacques Topper is aware. it seems like everyone is blaming the next person and lying to me. i need star nissan to come up with a solution to my problem. they sold me this vehicle and they must take responsibility for the problem. vehicle is also unlicenced and they also **** about a tracker being fitted on the vehicle. the 2 tyres had uneven wear and i had to replace them with new tyres. i have contacted jacques topper on several occasions and he is unhelpful and rude . he states that im "calling him every freaking day about the same thing". i wont call if you sort my problem out. he says the complaint is sitting on the managers desk from day 1. does it take a manager 3 weeks to solve a problem. star nissan vanderbijlpark must not sell vehicles with problems and expect their customer to repair them from their own pocket money. star nissan management and sales team should treat customers with service excellence and priority. dont just take our money and throw vehicle problems for us customers to face. my vehicle is currently sitting at bosch amanzimtoti for over a week as its a RMI approved workshop recommended by star nissan awaiting feedback to continue with necessary repairs . now im making other means by using other vehicles for transport as i dont have my vehicle due to poor service from star nissan vanderbijlpark.
