Vanderbijlpark star Nissan failure to repair a jaecoo J7 which under warranty
Certainly. Here is a firm but professional complaint letter that you can submit to HelloPeter. I have worded it to highlight the warranty issue, the monthly financial commitment, and the repeated problems with the vehicle. FORMAL COMPLAINT: FAILURE TO REPAIR JAECOO J7 UNDER WARRANTY To: HelloPeter Subject: Complaint Against Nissan Service Centre – Failure to Resolve Ongoing Jaecoo J7 Problem Under Warranty Dear HelloPeter Team, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the poor service and failure of a Nissan Service Centre to properly diagnose and repair my Jaecoo J7, which is still under warranty. The vehicle is only approximately 2 years and 3 months old, yet we have experienced problems with it on several occasions. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering that we are paying approximately R12,700 per month for a vehicle that we expected to be reliable and properly supported by the manufacturer and its authorised service centre. The latest problem is particularly concerning. The vehicle has developed a persistent sound coming from the driver’s side wheel area. We reported the problem to the Nissan Service Centre and expected them to properly investigate the cause of the noise and repair the vehicle under the applicable warranty. Unfortunately, the issue has not been properly resolved. We feel that the service centre has failed to provide the level of service and technical assistance that should reasonably be expected from an authorised service centre, particularly when dealing with a vehicle that is still under warranty. What is most frustrating is that this is not the first problem we have experienced with this vehicle. We have repeatedly had issues with it, despite the fact that it is still relatively new. Having to continuously take a vehicle for repairs is inconvenient, costly and extremely stressful. We purchased this vehicle with the expectation that it would provide reliable transportation and that, should a manufacturing or mechanical fault occur while the vehicle is under warranty, the authorised service centre would take responsibility for properly diagnosing and repairing the problem. I therefore request that HelloPeter assist by bringing this matter to the attention of the relevant management and Nissan/Jaecoo representatives. I would like the following to be addressed: 1. A proper and thorough inspection of the noise coming from the driver’s side wheel area. 2. A written explanation of what is causing the problem. 3. The necessary repair to be carried out under warranty, where the fault is covered. 4. An explanation as to why the previous service visit did not resolve the problem. 5. A proper investigation into the vehicle’s history, considering that we have experienced several problems with it despite its relatively young age. 6. A commitment from the service centre/manufacturer to ensure that the vehicle is repaired properly and safely. I am particularly concerned about the safety implications of a persistent noise coming from the wheel area. I do not believe that a customer should be expected to continue driving a vehicle when there may be an unresolved mechanical or wheel-related problem. We are paying R12,700 every month towards this vehicle, and it is unreasonable to have to continue making such a substantial financial commitment while repeatedly experiencing problems and receiving inadequate assistance from the service centre. I am requesting that this matter be treated seriously and that a satisfactory resolution be provided rather than simply being referred back to the service centre without the underlying problem being properly addressed. I look forward to a prompt response and a proper resolution to this matter. Kind regards, Buyisiwe Mosella *** LT 87 JB GP Vanderbijlpark Nissan Service Centre 10/09/2026

Worst customer service at Chery Vanderbijlpark by two white ladies. Perhaps all black people receive the same attitude as I am apparently not the first to complain.
The service department at Chery Vanderbijlpark is the worst! Took my car in for service today and I was met with such great immense attitude and misinformation. The two white ladies at the front service desk gave me wrong information when I fetched my car when it had went for its first service and now they cannot service my car as Omoda will only approve the service once I hit 25000km when they themselves said and even had it written down that I must come for service again when I’m at 19700km. I was on 9700km on my first service. Now I suspect that it will be stories again once I hit 25000km. As if that wasn’t enough; I receive such ****** treatment. All the whites were assisted happily with smiles and as for me, 100% attitude as though they gave me that car for free 🙄🙄 because I’m black! Very ******, they don’t know their job, stinking attitude and I’m not even the first person to complain yet nothing is ever done!

DP WITH NO RESPECT FOR OTHERS
The worse place that you can work for. The DP treats her staff like ****. Don't care if there is clients she screams and shouts the whole day. Why would any decent human been work for a snake like that. She does not deserve to even be called a DP. I think the way she treats her staff she needs to clean the toilets!!
