I will never service my car at this workshop again. I asked for my car to be ready at 14:00 (was there at 7:10) and the lady agreed. She phoned me at 13:15 with the service quotation. I had to travel to Vereeniging Nissan to pay for the service as the machine at Vanderbijlpark cannot process a garage card. In Vereeniging I waited 40 minutes for the lady in Vanderbijlpark to email the invoice. When I wanted to fetch my car they were still busy with it and it was not washed. I left 15:30. Poor service and attitude.
