DISAPPOINTMENT ON DEALERSHIP WARRANTY
Most ********* and dishonest dealership to do business with. I recently purchased a vehicle with a 2000 km full dealership warranty and within a week we encountered engine problems which was well below the 1000 km. The dealership refuses to take responsibility and honor their commitment. The vehicle is still at a workshop and the matter is still unresolved. This matter has been referred to ombudsman.

The Vehicle Was advertised with a 2-year warranty and 4-year service plan at a price of R659 900. The Vehicle was sold at a discounted price after negotiating with the customer of R599 900 Under the condition that if the customer takes the extended warranty we will uphold our 2000 km dealer warranty. You declined to take the extended warranty immediately; thus, we could not enforce the arrangement since you did not come to the party.
As mentioned above this case has been submitted to the ombudsman and will be patiently awaiting the outcome.
