Bittersweet disappointment 😢

Before deciding to purchase a car at Star Nissan Vanderbijlpark, I researched, read the reviews and felt secured enough to trust them . Unfortunately my experience has left me very saddened,I didn't get any of the good service I see people talking about.Instead am sitting with a car that's radio doesn't work ,we paid the full amount for a well off good working car but we got a bad one.The other thing is they knew that the Car Radio doesn't work but didn't inform us up until we went to fetch the car and they promised that they will fix it but they never did.

Thank you so much Star Nissan Vanderbijlpark for making my experience of owning my first car so distasteful,hurtful and filled with DISAPPOINTMENT.
