While we didn't end up purchasing a car from this dealership, I want to recognize Paul Porteous for the excellent experience we had test-driving vehicles there. Everyone we dealt with during several visits was extremely polite and professional. It felt like a luxury car buying experience, as you would expect from Nissan. Paul didn't pepper us with questions or try any high pressure sales tactics, never made any assumptions about what we might want or what we could afford. He only answered our questions and facilitated no-hassle test drives of several vehicles. The Nissan we were initially interested in ultimately was not the right choice for us this time around. However, my positive assessment of the vehicles we looked at and the great customer service at this dealership, means I will likely be back in the future to buy a car. If their service department is anything like their sales department, this is a all around great dealership.
