Breach of contract. I want my money back.

I bought a BMW e90 323i from star motors about 4years back. Paid cash for the carvover a few instalments. Every month the gave me a permit and promised to give me the car papers. Its been for years and up till now they havent gaven me my car papers. During the 2nd of car perchased the car engine gave a problem and when i told them about it, they rep**** i bought the car footstoots. I been trying for years to get the papers of the car so i could sell the car and till date i havent recieved it. Im now going to the polices to report it as fruad and take it futher by letting my lawyers sue th for all the trouble that car has caused me. Which was over thousamds in engine repairs as i had no option in selling car as i had no paper to even trade car in or sell it. I think that star motors dealership are ***** and must be dealing in ****** car as if they couldnt produce my car papers then they have to be ******.
