Poor Courier Service

I am extremely disappointed with the terrible service I received from your courier company. This is by far the worst delivery experience I have ever had.

My parcel, which was supposed to be delivered within 7 days, took almost three weeks to arrive. Throughout this entire process, communication was very poor and unprofessional. I was never proactively updated about the status of my delivery and had to personally contact the store just to obtain my tracking number, which should have been sent to me automatically.

To make matters worse, my parcel was returned to the depot twice without any explanation or notification. On one occasion, the driver even called asking for directions, yet still failed to complete the delivery. This level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.

The entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and highly disappointing. Customers deserve timely deliveries, proper communication, and reliable service, none of which I received.

I strongly urge you to address these serious service failures. Based on this experience, I will never purchase from a company that continues to use this courier service again.
