Zero stars for Stanlib
Had to stand in a queue for 2 hours at your Menlyn Standard Bank branch, only to be informed nobody at the branch could help me. Called your Stanlib customer care line, another let down because nobody answered. Forwarded an email request with my instructions, and still waiting for confirmation. A 1 star rating, is 1 star too many.
