Zero service
Trying to get a response out of STANLIB is like getting blood out of a stone. Many emails and a call, starting over a week ago and still no solution. The call centre makes you wait ages while they give you unwanted information and then nobody answers the call. If I could give zero stars that would be the rating.

13 Dec 2023, 15:36I have sent about another 10 emails. Zero response. Tried the call centre again - now closed for training. This is beyond a joke - the service rating is now a minus number!!!! It's now the ombudsman I guess???
