YET AGAIN ANOTHER REQUEST FOR DOCUMENTATION

I previously logged a call with Hello Peter regarding the numerous requests for documentation despite the fact that this has been sent many times by myself, my husband and my daughter. I received an apology letter fro Barbara Egan ensuring me that this would not happen again and yet lo and behold we receive another request for documentation despite the fact that Stanlib have confirmed that they have everything. What kind of organisation is Stanlib?????
