Worst Service

I have tried to register a profile online, however the account has not been authenticated and we have not received communication in this regard. I have also attempted to phone and request the information via sms or email, but details could not be verified. The call centre is unavailable, the *** email bounces back as undelivered. It seems impossible to get information, very poor service.
