WORST FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I'm not happy about their services. I've been sending emails in order to change my online details with no replies or help whatsoever for the past week now. I keep on getting the same automated useless reply, even when I try to contact them in all ways possible. I can't even speak to a consultant from the company. Its like they don't even care about their customers. I just want my money back. This is, by far, the worst financial experience of my life.
