Won't release my funds

My experience with Stanlib has been nothing but absolute shambles.

I got divorced and sent my divorce papers through to withdraw my money. My divorce states that my ex husband does not have any claim on my money. Stanlib refuses to release the money due to not having there name stipulated on the divorce decree.

Thus means I have to pay the attorney yet again for an amended divorce decree stating this.

There staff is unfriendly and not wanting help or even guve the right information.

They sent everything to the broker, whom has not been my broker for almost 15 years. I even told them not to use the broker. Communication is non exsiting at Stanlib.

I have phoned most everyday and emailed everyday, with for and few responses.

This has being going on since May 2024.

I have taken this matter to the ombudsman
