Withdrawal Instruction
Hi there, I got the first two automated smes from Stanlib. My withdrawal reference was ***2. The first automated SMS was the basic confirmation of receiving my withdrawal instructions. Then on the same day I got the second automated message advising me the delay of processing the withdrawal instructions due to other transactions being underway. It is now more than half a day, probably not - maybe, that I do not know what is happening. Please kindly advise me on the progress of withdrawal instruction. Thank you.
