Why I am struggling to receive payment?

I wish I had the option to give minus 5. So glad I do not have money invested through your business. Been struggling to get a payment in an estate for weeks. Each time a document is sent, you speak to someone new via email who asks the same documents already sent. Sent my last document on 08/04/2025 and they AGAIN send me the same request for documents. You are wasting my time!! Get your act together. Get your people to save the documents on the file (for which we use a reference every time, and look BEFORE you ask again.
