WHO IS MANAGING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE??? STANLIB DOESN'T CARE ABOUT IT'S CLIENTS!!!
I FEEL THAT THIS HAS GONE BEYOND DISRESPECT!!!
IT IS THE 23RD OF DECEMBER AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MONEY! LUTHANDO CALLED ME YESTERDAY AT 9AM TO ASSURE ME THAT THE MONEY THAT IVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH WILL BE IN MY ACCOUNT AT 12PM THE LATEST, SHE KNEW THAT NO ONE WILL BE IN THE OFFICE FROM 12 ONWARDS. I CAED AT 11:30 AND GOT ASSISTED BY ANOTHER LADY THATO WHO ALSO TIL ME YHAT SHE CONFIRMED WITH LUTHANDO THAT THE MONEY HAS BEEN PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT AND IT WILL REFLECT ANYTIME YESTERDAY. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT! HOW AM I GOING TO SPEND CJRISTMAS WITHOUT MONEY????? WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS??
THE WORST THING IS THAT THE OFFICES WILL ONLY OPEN IN THE 27TH. WHOEVER THE SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER THAT IS HANDLING THIS IS ALSO SO *********** AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS!
I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH STANLIB EVER AGAIN! THERE'S LOST OF INVESTMENT COMPANIES WHO WOULD LOVE TO TAKE CARE OF ME AND MY MONEY.
I AM SO DISGUSTED!!!!??????????

This is your second complaint on the same incident. As you are aware, due to the time of th year, Sifiso bent over backwards to get your funds released prior to the industry time-frame of 45 days. He understood that your young family could be facing a grim or disappointing holiday period and worked had with management and our Risk team to mitigate the issues and release your funds to you.
Please do consider the structure of the investment you choose going forwards. If you want your capital to grow and provide you with profitable returns, you need to consider that unit trusts in general are structured as medium to long-term investments - please consult your financial planner for information on what unit trusts are better suited for yielding the best returns on short-term capital availability.
