Where is the money $$$

We started the reimbur*****t process on the 7th Dec 2023. A process which is supposed to take 5 working days has still not been concluded. Numerous phone calls and emails and they are unable to trace funds which were transferred on 5th Jan 2024. The lack of feedback and service is shocking. The money should already have been invested elsewhere and experiencing growth. There is a complete lack of urgency from Stanlib. We will never place funds with them or any institution within their group again. We called the call centre, only to be told the case had been closed. However teh case was closed on teh 15th but I only got the ref number on the 17th. I don't think they know what is going on. Where is the money $$$
