Useless when needed

My father had a Will and an investment and unfortunately he passed on,I have sent all the required documents and the case for the uplifting of the Will was started (on boarding process) turn around time 7 working days,documents were sent on the 19 June 2025 to date I have not received any feedback. I was told when I made case is being handled by Sinenhlanhla Mqadi and it's still on the on boarding process a month later. At the rate this is going it will take years to have this finalized
