USELESS
If I could give a zero star rating I would. I have been trying to withdraw unit trust funds since 22 Feb, and no one is able to advise why the money has not been transferred when it is supposed to take 48 hours. You hold for assistance with the call centre for between 20-30 min. Calls are escalated to team leaders and it is no better. Even after sending a complaint on their website I have no response.
