Unsuccessful details change
I sent an email to ********** on 14 March to update my contact details so that I will be able to get the OTP (one time password) to change my password and to log onto the website. Around 29 March(I think) I received an SMS to say that my details have been updated, but when I tried to login again, I never got the SMS with the OTP. I sent an email again. To this day, I have not received a reply and I still can't get the OTP.
