Unresolved query for incorrect efiling information captured by Stanlib.

Stanlib loaded a tax directive on my daughter's efiling profile. They did not capture the details for this erroneous directive. We are unable to file her tax return as a result of this. We have been trying since October 2023 to get this resolved.
