Unresolved issue

My brother passed away last year in April. They let him nominate beneficiaries on his assets, but 'they forgot to tell him that when he dies' they are going to decide for him, who is getting something and who is not. How clever of them to do that.

Wow people don't be fooled, the people who are working for this company are ******. I have asked them to send me a signed document that my brother agreed to the above statement, only to find out that he wasn't informed.
