Unhappy client.

I am not impressed with service I am getting with Stanlib.

I was supposed to get paid today the 1st of each month but was not paid. When I called the contact center to ask why was I not paid today?

The consultants told me I will only be getting paid on Monday and reasons they are giving me do not make sense.

Arrangement was to get paid on the 1st of each month.

Stanlib is not sticking to the arrangement.

Now I am being inconvenienced, my debit orders are bouncing off and now I'm left with heavy bank charges. I need to get food and medicine for my ederly mum.

I really don't understand why are they not paying me my money.

I am really frustrated with Stanlib. They have cost me alot.
