Unfair business practices

I have a concern regarding my vehicle finance account.

I missed 1 payment end of May 2023 , I called and made a payment arrangement to make the payment over 3 months.

I honored the arrangement, however my account was handed over anyway. When I called the vehicle finance department the lady that I was talking to was very rude and unprofessional. I keep getting text messages with different amounts that they say I owe. This makes me believe that there is something fishy going on. I need someone to call /email me and make me understand what’s going on.
