Uncredited funds
I have an account with STANLIB and on the 12 May 2025 I deposited money that was not credited to my investment fund. Ever since July 2025 I have been enquiring with no answer and last call on the 16 Oct 2025 we were kept on hold for an hour until we hang up. The following are the ref numbers ***7 and ***1. These references were followed up by number of follow up with no responses
