Unacceptable service and communication

I am extremely frustrated with Stanlib and their lack of effort and action! I have a unit trust fund investment with Stanlib. I released my money to be paid into my account and it still has not been paid. I am currently out of the country and My financial broker has been sending them multiple emails and phone calls but to i avail. She said they would call me to verify it’s me. They have not called. She followed up again and they blatantly ****! They said they tried to call me on my international number. This is not true. I have records of my call history and FNB bank called me a week ago on my international number for verification so this isn’t true. This is unacceptable. I’m in an emergency situation and need that money and it feels like they are withholding “My” money.
