Unable to Contact with a live person from Stanlib Investments about an account

I have tried to make contact with Stanlib via email and call centre as well as leaving messages online. I went to their Melrose Arch offices - which are closed. I have been promised over their online chat service that a consultant will call, to no avail. it has been a period of 2 weeks. and still no contact has been made
