Too much Red Tape

This company has been unable to process the death benefit on my late mother's policy due to an administrative complication regarding a single tax directive for all beneficiaries. I would have expected them to have a contingency plan for the eventuality that one beneficiary withholds their documentation deliberately. My family is in dire need of funds and STANLIB has simply put their hands in the air after nearly 3 weeks of correspondence. I am very disappointed in their service.
