They still don't care a damn
Further to my original complaint posted in December 2014. I have just sent this mail to the STANLIB ***** Department. The Ombad insists that one exhausts all possibilities.<br> <br> Please Note: I ,G A MACARTNEY , hold the Power of Attorney for my mother JOAN MARY MACARTNEY. You will hold proof of this. Your Reference : REF No , T29451<br> <br> My original submission to you was on 23 February 2015. <br> I requested confirmation of your receipt of my enquiry on 25 March. You indicated that we should wait for 14 working days before requiring an answer. I made enquiries on 16 March. With no response. A lady from Stanlib, Pretoria communicated with me by telephone on Wednesday 18 March and informed me that I would be contacted again on Wednesday 25 March .I have not heard from her again nor did I hear from your department.<br> <br> On the 23 March I sent you a request for a further investigation to be carried out regarding repurchase forms. On 30th March I again sent a mail requesting confirmation that you had received my second request. AGAIN I have heard nothing from your department.<br> <br> I am left now with no other option but to ask the Ombad, Financial Service Providers to make a determination.
We have examined our correspondence records and have not been able to trace the correspondence to which you refer. We do note that your last correspondence of 14 January (to myself) stated that you were still disputing your brother's authority to act on behalf of your mother and that you were considering taking the matter further.
Please note that any ***** allegation should be addressed to your brother and any third party who may have assisted him.
We would welcome you to copy all the correspondence you have made mention of above to our e-mail address and most certainly we will investigate the issues you may raise to the best of our abilities.
