These people are just not accountable.

Very poor admin. Their admin people do not take responsibility for the mistakes they make. I have had 2 dealings with them over the past couple of months and both have been a disaster. My problem apparently. The first issue they misread the instruction. Instead of contacting me they went ahead with their own interpretation at my prejudice. Second issue is around value. Value date does not refer to investment value. Absolute *******.
