The worse and Poor customer service

Stanlib sucks. We’ve been using stanlib for over 10 years now with no fail investing over a million of rands every year. Since stanlib employees have working from home, we are being treated like ****s and hooligans. Stanlib is refusing to release our funds. Their service is so poor, their consultants are *********** and worse supervisors are never available. We are stuck now, we no longer know what to do. We’ve been expecting our money since the 26 November and to date we have not received our money.
