The worst experince ever...

i send in my withdrawal from my funds and seven days down the line still nothing in my account. i call to follow up on my request and its shockingly i was to blame for this incident being told i filled the wrong form and yet they forget they are the ones that send us the form to fill as per their company policies and procedures the lady in customer service i spoke to NONHLAHLA even accused me of trying to twist their rules to suit me needs and yet i withdrew several times with the exact form about 5 times not one day was i told i used a wrong form nor was the correct one ever sent to me. I was even told lies that my money would be in my account by day end 22nd march 2019 well as i write this i still have not received anything and today is 23rd march 2019 .

i am so disappointed at such services and lies that came out of a employees of a prestigious company or maybe i stand to be corrected there is nothing special about this company. your employees have no clue what customer service is nor customer retention they are ***********
