I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Ithumeleng Mekwa today. After having a terrible experience with a lady who put down the phone in my ear, Ithumeleng was the next person i spoke to.

She handled my irritation at the previous lady with grace and professionalism and managed to sort out my query in no time flat.

We need more people like her in the service industry. This woman needs to be a manager.
