Terrible Service from STANLIB

Terrible Service from STANLIB On 19 September I requested my Tax Certificate for LA*** on line. It arrived - I cannot open it! I emailed Stanlib -NO RESPONSE On 26 September I sent the following e mail. I have downloaded the latest Adobe Reader - Still cannot open it. I have tried with 3 different browsers. Chrome doesn't Work Internet Explorer doesn't work Microsoft Edge doesn't work. I have sent 5 emails over the last 6 days, and Stanlib does not even have the good manners to respond. On 29 September I received 2 mails requesting my details - to which I responded immediately. I now have 3 reference number for this complaint ***1, ***2 & ***2 At the end of today they are still ignoring me. Terrible Service
