TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My experience with Stanlib has been ********** in the past 6months. I recently requested for a withdrawal from my Unit Trust. The sms I got stipulated I would receive more than what I invested however when I received the money it was less than what I invested and less than what the sms stipulated. I've had to send two emails requesting why there's a difference the explanation at 5pm was not satisfactory. I am moving my Preservation Fund from them hopefully they don't rob me of my cents then. I will never invest with them or refer anyone else!
