Terrible and long customer experience.

We have been struggling since the beginning of the year to get my grand fathers payout for my mother. Standard bank blamed Stanlib and we had to drive out to their offices in Melrose Arch in Johannesburg from Randfontein just to get a response and now we are being ignored.
