Tax Certificates for 2020 tax year?

I see I am not alone with other complaints about the same issue.

In brief, I cannot download or open a tax certificate (IRP5) for the 2020 tax year.

Have sent emails via the system but no response.

Even now in lockdown 1, there is nobody you can call. Emails only are available.

What's worse is that I have been auto-assessed by SARS and upon checking that through the online SARS app, I note that they don't have my IRP5 either!! The auto assessment implies that I don't owe tax, which I do not believe as I have other taxable income (correctly included in my income according to SARS) but because of the non inclusion of my annuity from Stanlib, has been zero rated for tax.

In good conscience, not to mention a legal requirement, I cannot accept my auto assessment for the 2020 tax year. For now, I must ignore it!!

Very poor service from a sister company of my last employer. I would have given zero stars if I could.
