Struggling to get investment transferred from my husbands name to mine,.

My husband and I (he passed away 13 November, 2020) had an investment with Stanlib in my husbands name. The investment is due to be transferred to my name but for the passed three or four months nothing has happened and I also din't get the monthly interest for the last two months now and I am dependant on it. I gave this matter to attorney Jaco Joubert in Sannieshof, North West. He E-mailed Stanlib regarding the transfer but they denied receiving E-mail from the attorney although they answered the E-mail !! Will someone be able to help me in this matter, it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
