Stay away please you will die waiting for your own money to be paid to you!!!

Submitted a withdrawal on 10 February, on 18 Feb I received a call to verify my account details and an sms confirming that instruction was complete and was told funds would be in my account in 24 hrs…it’s been 9 business days later no funds in my account. I have been calling since Monday 21st Feb to confirm status of transaction and the response has simply been funds will reflect in 24hrs, it’s been 72hrs…I have a serious medical emergency I need the funds for and Stanlib keeps telling me 24hrs… to add salt to injury this morning I was told funds would be in my account by midday today it’s 23h05 and guess what I’m still waiting!!!
