Stanlibs *** service!

I have been trying to get hold of a statement and to change an email address for statement purposes for week now. I dare you - try to phone Stanlib client services and you will not get a line - just to be cut off - I have instucted a broker to get statement / without success - and these people want us to invest with them / never again / never again / it must be the same people that is in charge of Eskom that runs Stanlib. Useless people and they are getting paid for it.
