STANLIB....PATHETIC service! Stay away!

Every person who works at Stanlib has his/her own answer for a question.....call centre Communication does not exist....one hardly receives a reply in writing Instructions get misinterpreted, or done with a long delay or not at all..eg..they still send mail to my post box address which does not exist...for 15 years! After I have sent a number of completed forms. Stanlib offers an extremely poor service!!! And this has been for many years. NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED
