Stanlib zero customer service

Zero customer service. They don't respond to emails. They stupid chat bot on the website is completely useless. I have tried calling in, and both times have waited 45 minutes listening to the message "we are experiencing high call volumes over and over again". What the hell do I have to do to cash out my investment and close my account??? I wish I never have to deal with Stanlib ever again in my life.
