Stanlib worst possible service...

Unable to get hold of anyone at Stanlib, unable to withdraw from a unit trust of a deceased account to finalise the deceased estate for months now already, when you send the withdrawal request you receive an automated email requesting the same info you just sent. call centre is non-existent. their complaint option on their website is a waste of time, someone should call you back with in 48 hours, already more than 2 weeks past the 48 hours. TERRIBLE service...!!!
