Stanlib won't transfer critically needed funds - won't respond to enquiries

Put in for transfer of funds *23rd March* (now 14th April) for a crisis. Nothing. They haven't transferred. They don't respond to any emails. Phones on hold indefinitely and now say that the numbers are not operational. Is Stanlib collapsing with our funds? Social media responds claiming we'll be contacted. Nothing (are they humans or just bots - guessing the latter).

Read these reviews and ask yourself if you'd trust an organisation that operates like this with considerable sums of money. If we can ever get our money out, we'll be transferring it elsewhere for the remained of our working lives. You should do the same. We'll be getting legal advice on what losses we can recoup from Stanlib's refusal to cooperate.
